“ Whoever was working today May 10th around 3pm deserves a raise. The amount of stress I saw in those peoples eyes was so sad. This Starbucks is always busy because of location and traffic is always terrible. I waited for 3040 minutes and I was able to see how busy they were unlike other customers. They gave me my food for free because of the wait even when I held my card out, they refused to take payment. Treat your food workers better. I adore all of you who worked and hope you had a better shift later on Edit Also!! Today February 24th around 10am, internet was out and they could only take card! I told them thats all I had and that Ill leave. They still wanted to make my drink and gave it to me even without payment. I know in this review there are only two instances I mention, but this location is always so kind. Most times I go there, I get something from them because of card issues or internet issues or even because I decided to wait 45 minutes. This isnt something many places do, understandably so as they may lose money. Thank you guys for being so compassionate ”
